Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of brand accounts on social media platforms (Tiktok).
- Assist in content making as a videographer and a talent
- Coordinate with the user to implement hot topics and manage comments in Tiktok post
- Monitor social media trends and trending content relevant to the smartphone/tech industry.
- Support community engagement reply to comments, DMs, and feedback in a timely and brand consistent tone.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve social content strategy and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Passion for social media, digital trends, and technology (especially smartphones or consumer electronics).
- Good understanding of social media platforms especially Tiktok and their analytics features.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools such as Canva & CapCut ( Adobe Creative Apps is a plus. )
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast paced environment.
