Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales efforts, providing technical support to clients, managing customer inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to build and manage successful business relationships with clients.
- Technical Support skills for addressing customer needs and providing practical technical solutions.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively convey ideas and maintain client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in fire pump systems or similar technical industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment while meeting sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly valued.
