Job Description:
- Handle and process Construction and Electrical Business Entity Certificates (SBU), including: preparing administrative and technical documents; coordinating with LSBU, associations, and relevant authorities (LPJK, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and others); submitting, renewing, and verifying Standard Certificates through the OSS-RBA system.
- Ensure the conformity of business classifications (KBLI) and qualifications with the company's activities.
- Monitor regulatory changes related to business licensing (PP, Permen, and SE) concerning SBU and OSS.
- Prepare progress and status reports on licensing matters for the supervisor/legal team.
- Communicate and follow up with external parties (OSS helpdesk, professional associations, or government institutions) regarding licensing issues.
- Assist the legal team in fulfilling other business licensing requirements (business licenses, NIB, NIB amendments, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling Construction and/or Electrical Business Entity Certificates (SBU).
- Good understanding of the latest processes and regulations related to: OSS-RBA; LPJK, LSBU, and the standard certificate verification system.
- Experienced in inputting and updating licensing data in the OSS system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with government institutions.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized in documentation, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Preferably has prior experience in a legal consultancy, notary office, or business licensing service company.
