We are looking for a
Senior Automation Specialist

who's passionate about optimizing workflows and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. In this role, you'll design and maintain intelligent automations that connect our systems, streamline processes, and enhance productivity across global teams. You'll also manage and improve our support tools—particularly Zendesk—while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless, data-driven operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, analytics, and operations, and enjoys building scalable solutions that make a real impact on team performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using tools such as n8n or Make
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes through AI-driven automation and system integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting, data synchronization, and support workflows
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Zendesk, managing configurations, triggers, macros, APIs and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and manage tool integrations, vendor documentation, and billing records for assigned software
  • Partner with global teams to ensure system stability, uptime, and continuous improvement of support tools
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Zendesk Explore
  • Analyze trends in ticket volume, agent performance, and tool usage to generate data-driven insights
  • Lead and execute operations or system enhancement projects, managing timelines, risks, and communications
  • Document workflows, share best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within Support Operations

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an automation specialist role or equivalent
  • Proven experience in automation tools such as n8n or Make
  • Passionate about new technologies, especially AI agents and automation trends, and able to apply them effectively in operation
  • Basic Zendesk Administrator – strong understanding of triggers, automations, macros, workflows, APIs, and integration capabilities
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver with an analytical mindset
  • Self-driven and proactive in identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
