Mortara is looking for an experienced project manager to lead construction projects from planning to handover. This role is responsible for coordinating with clients, managing timelines and quality, controlling project budgets, supervising site teams, and ensuring all project documentation is completed according to company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 3–5 years experience as a Project manager / Site Engineer / Site Coordinator
- Strong understanding of structural & architectural construction
- Able to read drawings, DED, and cost estimates
- Knowledge of construction methods (formwork, finishing, basic MEP)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Confident communicating with clients and vendors
- Able to work under pressure with high discipline
- Having a SIM A/C (driver's license) is a plus
