The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the production team to work more effectively by providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop strategies to improve production quality and efficiency.
- Analyze production methods to identify more cost-effective and productive approaches.
- Propose innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse departments to support output targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of production experience in manufacturing; 3 years in managerial
- Strong organizational, communication and managerial skills
- Expert in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001: 2015; Six Sigma
