Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Fluently in both speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
  • Be self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Pleasant personality, communicative, honest, and responsible.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office application.

Translator Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree of Chinese Language.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, HSK 4-6.
  • Excellent in interpreting (speech) and translating (written).
  • Having Personal Assistant experience is preferred.
Mandarin Translator and Purchasing Import

  • Translate conversations between Chinese and Indonesian workers.
  • Assist in meetings, briefings, and operational discussions.
  • Support the team by translating written materials when required.
  • Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate.
  • Accompanying experts for coordination in the field and in the office.
  • Experienced in dealing with Asian vendors.
  • Purchasing and import departement.
  • Make price comparisons.
  • Liaise and negotiate with overseas suppliers and prepare documentation for orders.
  • Best price negotiation by email/phone.
  • Making PO, Signing contract, opening LC.
  • Monitoring purchased items until arrived at the warehouse based on schedule.
  • Checking and completing import documents.
  • Scheduling on PIB Payment.
  • Making tally sheet.
  • Ensure all orders are followed up containers arrive on a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • D3/S1 Degree in Sasta Mandarin.
  • 2 years work experience in similar positions in the Purchasing Import/Translator english-mandarin/Indonesia.
  • Hardworking, able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and reporting skill.
  • Computer literate, competent in internet usage Ms Office, Excel.
  • Be able to work under pressure, good communication skill, working in team.
  • Required Skill: has knowledge about savory raw materials, good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Understand import license and regulation would be an advantage, fluent in oral and written english and mandarin.
  • Willing to work in Sidoarjo.
