Job Description :

  • Overseeing daily business operations
    Responsible in formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long-term goal for business growth and profitability goals achievement.
  • Managing the company's financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issue & management reporting.
  • Manage, Supervise, process and act as backup for the processing of the following transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income and expenses, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliation and allocations.
  • Actively involving in budget control, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Introducing and implementing the cost-saving 
    Responsible in handling head office and branches
  • Make Financial Statement and analyze
    Present periodic, accurate and valid Financial Reports
  • Initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business.
    As an internal control for the Company and liaising with external auditors.
  • Interacting with legal counsel, insurance company, tax consultants, auditors, appraisal, banks, and government officer.

Requirements :

  • High School/Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
  • Maximum of 30 years old
  • Having a Minimum of 1 years experience handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Having Brevet A & B Certificate
  • Up to date with Tax regulation
  • Understand of VAT, WHT (21, 22, 23, 4-2)
  • Understand about CIT calculation And Annual Tax Return.
  • Know and understand financial statement regarding bookkeeping & accounting principles / tax / inventory
  • Mastering the scope Accounting & Tax in the company
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance
  • Hands-on with PSAK
  • Hands-on with Accurate/ Accounting System
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and ability to build cross-discipline relationships.
  • Attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude
  • Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary.
  • High level of ethics and integrity.
  • Preferably - Has experience in logistic or ecommerce company .
