Job Description :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Align project portfolio management with company strategy and business priorities.
  • Oversee strategic project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, risk management, and benefits realization.
  • Establish project management standards, templates, and best practices to drive consistency.
  • Act as primary liaison between senior leadership, business units, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Define, monitor, and report PMO KPIs to measure performance and value delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop PMO staff while managing resource allocation and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • At least 5 years in strategic roles managing large-scale projects or PMOs.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management, governance, and transformation initiatives.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) / PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments)
  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification strongly desired.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in managing complexity and driving change in dynamic environments.
