Position Overview:
This position provides executive support by managing calendars, travel, communications, and meetings, while preparing accurate documents and maintaining organized filing systems. It also serves as agenda gatekeeper, supports project tracking, expense management, and event planning to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and internal communication
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Business Administration preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication both in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
