Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Aroona's principals and regional clients.
  • Support business development efforts by presenting technical solutions and capabilities to operators and service companies.
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and post-job reviews for well integrity, intervention, and completion technologies.
  • Provide technical input during tendering, proposal development, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client specifications, and principal standards.
  • Facilitate training, product demonstrations, and field support when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in well engineering, completions, or intervention services.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia's upstream O&G landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and commercial audiences.
  • Experience working with or representing international technology providers is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for client engagements and field support.
