Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Aroona's principals and regional clients.
- Support business development efforts by presenting technical solutions and capabilities to operators and service companies.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and post-job reviews for well integrity, intervention, and completion technologies.
- Provide technical input during tendering, proposal development, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client specifications, and principal standards.
- Facilitate training, product demonstrations, and field support when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in well engineering, completions, or intervention services.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia's upstream O&G landscape and regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and commercial audiences.
- Experience working with or representing international technology providers is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the region for client engagements and field support.
