We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Instrument Engineer/ Test & Commisioning Supervisor positions to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or at least 5 (five) years of experience working in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electrical Installation, and Power Transmission (GIS/AIS Substation Project). Certification in electrical instrumentation/ testing & commissioning is preferred;
- Ability to test, operate, and read instruments/tools related to electrical testing & commissioning;
- Able to oversee the overall work of the team;
- Able to collaborate with other engineers;
- Able to coordinate with other departments and relevant superiors;
- Have Adequate communication skills;
- Willing to work outside the city;
Candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following:
- Conducting and implementing daily field work instructions;
- Conducting quality control on components and final products, such as functionality, speed, and safety standards, at project sites;
- Inspecting raw materials and machinery to identify defects and malfunctions;
- Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic use;
- Ensuring that installation and operation comply with standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical system specifications, technical drawings, or topographic maps;
- Analyzing test results, detecting problems, and identifying the root causes of product malfunctions;
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications, codes, or requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities;
- Establish construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing various detailed calculations;
- Develop test environments and test cases for all electrical systems;
- Perform maintenance on work-related equipment;
- Prepare specifications for purchasing electrical equipment and materials;
- Collaborate with engineers in other fields;
- Document technical problems and their solutions;
- Establish automated testing systems for routine inspections;
- Submit periodic reports to relevant superiors;
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors;
- Promote and implement Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental principles within the Company.
