Main Responsibility
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports; supervise and spot checks accounting staff works; ensure that the laws of the country, corporate and hotel/residences policies and procedures are complied with; that the internal control system of the residences is sound; budget preparation, review and recommend changes to accounting policies and procedures where necessary.
Requirements
- Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- A diploma and/or undergraduate degree in Financial or Business study with certificate in Financial related
- Ideally more than 5 years of similar experience in an international luxury hospitality industry especially in serviced apartment, with strong knowledge across multiple role in Engineering
- Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail
- Service-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
