Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Occupational Health and Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent).
Must hold a valid General K3 Certificate from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with at least 2 years in Data Center or industrial facility projects.
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards (SMK3, ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
Capable of developing and implementing HSE Plan, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, and Permit to Work System.
