Responsibilities:

Create outstanding UX and UI designs, balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring delightful user experiences while achieving business goals
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma
Own the product design process end-to-end: from concept and discovery through to final delivery
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, writers, and engineers to plan and ensure smooth implementation of designs
Apply data-driven decision-making by translating usage data, feedback, and experimentation results into actionable insights

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) minimum
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience
Strong portfolio showcasing product design projects from research through to final execution
Proficiency in UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual design
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey design decisions
