, playing a pivotal role in the successful execution of hydropower development projects. This position bridges technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project oversight, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, construction, and commercial domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with client, engineering teams and construction teams.
- Prepares project reporting, presentations, dashboards, minutes of meeting..
- Conduct site visits.
- Support commercial and business development department.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in hydropower project development (commercial, engineering or construction).
- Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Renewable Energy).
- 5–6 years of experience within a engineering or PMC environment.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, resolve conflicts and drive project alignment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
