Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement standardized process systems for pre-production design reviews and industrialization management of new vehicle models.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive dimensional control system for both vehicle and components to achieve and continuously improve precision targets.
  • Develop, implement, and govern the engineering change control process to ensure standardized execution and risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain a robust process technology management system to guarantee manufacturing stability and continuous optimization.
  • Lead capacity expansion, efficiency improvement, and process optimization projects to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Responsible for streamlining and optimizing the end-to-end Bill of Materials (BOM) management process to ensure data accuracy and enhance cross-functional collaboration efficiency.
  • Oversee all departmental operations and team management, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and talent development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality/process/project management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in core quality management systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
  • Demonstrated strong capabilities in system and process construction, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.
