Responsibilities
- Establish and implement standardized process systems for pre-production design reviews and industrialization management of new vehicle models.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive dimensional control system for both vehicle and components to achieve and continuously improve precision targets.
- Develop, implement, and govern the engineering change control process to ensure standardized execution and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain a robust process technology management system to guarantee manufacturing stability and continuous optimization.
- Lead capacity expansion, efficiency improvement, and process optimization projects to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
- Responsible for streamlining and optimizing the end-to-end Bill of Materials (BOM) management process to ensure data accuracy and enhance cross-functional collaboration efficiency.
- Oversee all departmental operations and team management, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality/process/project management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management role.
- Proficient in core quality management systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
- Demonstrated strong capabilities in system and process construction, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.
