Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, and lease amendments
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining key properties
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Developers key Person
Proactively address and resolve any developers concerns or issues
Foster open communication and transparency with developers
Oversee the day-to-day property management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Min. 2 years work experience in sales, marketing role, preferably within the enterprise market or B2B sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent in project management tools and methodologies
Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
