Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment & Selection Specialist to support our operations. The role covers recruitment activities, assessment administration, data processing, social media management, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and follow up candidates from internal and external channels.
  • Conduct candidate searching through social media, career portals, and other platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist applications based on user qualifications.
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates and users until the position is filled.
  • Handle psychological report and competency based report.
  • Process statistical/psychometric data for evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Magister degree (Psychologist) in Psychology, have interest in statistic/ psychometric.
  • Able to use Lisrel/ R / AMOS or other app to analyze CFA/ SEM
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to administer and process competency based assessment and psychological report.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data processing and reporting.
