Position: Financial Wealth Manager (FWM)
Location: Surabaya, East Java
Status: Full Time
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of full-time insurance agents to meet sales targets.
Recruit, train, and develop new agents.
Monitor team performance and implement effective sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in related field.
Having a personal vehicle.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Team Leader/Manager (in Life Insurance Industry or Banking would be preferable).
Proven track record in sales and team management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with strategic thinking.
