Role Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a digital agency or related industry.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive in finding new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to develop tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Knowledge of contract negotiations, budgeting, and pricing strategy.
