Qualifications:

Mini. D3/S1 (preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Electrical Engineering)
Min. 3-5 years' experience in industry painting (packaging/drinkware is preferred)
Understand about the process of auto powder coating, auto spray painting and product defect analysis
Able to processing data analysis (Excel, SPC) and problem solving (Root Cause Analyst)
Strong leadership and good communication
Good in English written & speaking will be advantages

Job Descriptions:

Supervise daily painting operations for drinkware products (tumblers, bottles, lids, etc.) to meet quality and output targets
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
Identify and implementation efficiency improvements in the painting process
Preparing daily production reports, including output, defects, and downtime
Training & manage painting operator workers to optimize performance
