Job Description Account Executive - (Management Development Program or Specialist Class Program)

KBRU hiring KBRU is currently recruiting Account Executive (Management Development Program) to join our team in Surabaya Branch

  • Manage the operation and day-to-day activities of your assigned clients with the objective of retaining and developing business that is in line with the business unit goals.
  • Engage with clients actively by maintaining and developing client relationship together with your Manager and relevant team members to achieve team goals
  • Focus on client needs by developing and implementing short-term and long-term objectives, strategies, and initiatives in line with client's benefit philosophy and company goals.
  • Ensure all commitment deliverables throughout the client journey and monitor the progress of compliance requirement, document completion, premium payment, regular reports submission, client visits, and other requirements and best practices.
  • Achieve and measure financial objective of required retention, roll-over, and expanded business from your portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager
  • Maintaining a continual professional development standard through KBRU programs and any other industry driven licensing or educational requirements
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduated or Experienced
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility) with a good command of the English language
  • Able to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced
  • Negotiation Skills
