What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies through social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and other digital platforms.
- Create compelling content (visuals, videos, and copywriting) for promotional use across multiple channels.
- Host live streaming sessions (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc.) to promote training programs and engage with target audiences.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, communities, and relevant institutions to expand outreach.
- Manage and schedule content consistently on social media platforms.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (admin, training, creative) to ensure a seamless promotional and enrollment process.
- Actively participate in external promotional events, such as job fairs, seminars, and recruitment expos.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or partnership development.
- Confident in front of the camera, with excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities tailored to digital audiences.
- Analytical, creative, and highly adaptive to the latest digital trends.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
