About the role

This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our marketing communications strategy. As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare services and strengthen our brand presence.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials
  • Create compelling content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral to effectively communicate our brand message
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement and reach
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise future initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or social media management role, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and community management
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics, social media reporting, and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
