As a Braze Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer engagement solutions using Braze, and enabling marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns. You will collaborate with solution architects, mobile/web developers, and data teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and measurable campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain Braze campaigns, Canvas workflows, and customer journeys.

* Develop and maintain integrations between Braze and client systems (e.g., APIs, CDPs, CRM, Data Lakes).

* Implement SDKs and event tracking across mobile (iOS, Android) and web applications.

* Configure and manage custom attributes, segments, in-app messages, push notifications, email templates, and webhooks.

* Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data analytics teams to define event schemas and campaign triggers.

* Optimize engagement flows using A/B testing, data analysis, and real-time personalization.

* Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements.

* Provide technical support and training to internal and client teams on Braze features and best practices.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Braze or similar customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, CleverTap).

* Experience with JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs for event tracking and data integrations.

* Familiarity with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and web SDKs.

* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalization.

* Ability to work with data pipelines, ETL processes, or CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Tealium).

* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
