Job Descriptions:
- Integrated plan accuracy, including master plan, human resource plan, MOS plan, subcont resource plan etc.
- Ensuring Execution Planning for project service at project level are approved by project team and client and well during project execution.
- Defining Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the project
- Defining cost control breakdown and system for cost reporting & analysis
- Prepare independent evaluations of the project status based on interpretation of reports and own and team's experience-based judgement.
- Long term inventory management, trace and push for long term inventory offset.
- Project closing, push to close the pending issues and close projects as planned.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the project schedule.
- Interface with the project team and task managers to define scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.
- Analyzes project schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
- Preparation of indicative project schedule for Proposals Support to Project Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reporting
- Responsible to align with others cross product collaboration delivery impact and schedule
- Responsible manage the activity network assurance report pre-imp and post Network deployment.
- Recognizes issues and advises and confers with PM and project team on matters affecting project execution.
- Participates in key risk management discussions on project matters.
- Reporting both internally and to customer, Report to PD, to fulfill the internal KPI target
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication major or other related to IT, engineering, etc.
- Fluent English both oral and written, Chinese fluent is an advantage
- PMP Certificate is an advantage
- Have basic knowledge on telecommunication or other IT, IP Core network , CSR/ DWDM knowledge.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill, fast learning
- Proficient at excel, PPT and PMIS Platform
- Good analytical skill, detail-oriented, strong communication skills to be able to communicate different level of counterparts
- Prefer have digitalization knowledge as like Dashboard, Smart report, AI report automation, RPA
- Able to work under pressure, business trip, and overtime if needed
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
