Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple systems.
- Develop and manage HR dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze human capital metrics and related workforce data
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
- Proficient in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of HRIS and HR metrics; SQL/Python/R is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity with ability to handle confidential information.
