Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple systems.
  • Develop and manage HR dashboards and performance reports.
  • Analyze human capital metrics and related workforce data
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
  • Proficient in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and HR metrics; SQL/Python/R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity with ability to handle confidential information.
