Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, located in Depok, Indonesia. The Assistant Manager Finance will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage day-to-day financial operations, develop budgets, and conduct variance analyses. The role includes preparation of cashflow, financial planning, coordination with auditors, and implementation of financial policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to support overall business strategy and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
- Experience with financial planning and strategy development
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing audits
- Knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred
