Job Description:
- Support daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and supplier documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Production, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Assist in evaluating and improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to stock levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Support administrative tasks related to vendor management and purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with more than 1 year of work experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to join immediately.
