Job Description
- Working with our internal system ERP using Odoo platform.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Able to identify improvement areas and deliver solutions for our internal users and monitor the performance result.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product design documents.
- Monitor and control the project progress, quality and communication with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, merchandiser, procurement, operations, finance, accountant, HR
Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement (GPA min: 3.3).
- Have a good knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo will be plus) and basic accounting.
- Minimum level of experience: 1 year and has experienced managing internal tools / corporate at least in the past 6 months.
- Strong ownership and team spirit.
- Proven on track record managing internal system scalability and efficiency (candidate should have at least 1 successful internal project and can show how he/she managed it from planning to execution, and can promote the success through the data).
- Have good analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Have good skills in communication to collaborate work with cross functional teams as the end-users.
- Keen to learn and explore new things.
