Company Description

11th Space is a dividend-driven business accelerator and multi-disciplinary advisory hub that partners with entrepreneurs to build the roadmap, strategy, and financial foundation needed to grow and scale. We work alongside founders — not as operators, but as strategic thinking partners — bringing clarity, structure, and direction while you lead your business forward. Our role is to strengthen the core of your business: from business strategy and financial monitoring to team alignment and scalable systems, we make sure your business can grow without cracking under pressure. We think and work behind the scenes, so you can win on the stage.

Role Description

Responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of 11th Space and its business units. This role manages financial planning, reporting, and compliance; leads financial modelling for ventures and projects; and supports strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. Acts as a key partner to leadership in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong financial discipline, and readiness for growth and investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations and internal systems for 11th Space and its business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes (budgeting, reporting, SOPs, and controls).
  • Manage financial planning and performance, including budgeting, target setting, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation — providing insights to guide management decisions.
  • Prepare and review regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal leadership, portfolio businesses, and clients when required.
  • Lead financial modelling and scenario planning for new ventures, portfolio companies, and investment or expansion initiatives, including due diligence, valuation, and ROI analysis.
  • Act as finance lead for the Accelerator and business portfolios, reviewing performance, ensuring portfolio sustainability, and advising founders on budgeting and financial management.
  • Oversee project and consulting finance, including proposal budgeting, tracking project P&L, and providing strategic financial input for engagements such as Nucentra, Design House, and other business units.
  • Manage accounting, tax, and compliance processes, coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and advisors to ensure timely reporting and adherence to regulations.
  • Support strategic planning and investor relations by preparing financial data and insights for internal reviews, fundraising efforts, and partner discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, management accounting, and business operations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, but also strategic and proactive in identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple business units and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (Bahasa & English).
  • Experience in consulting, VC/PE, or startup environments is a strong plus.
