About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin e-commerce to join our team at PT Citra Kencana Cemerlang in Bandung, West Java. As an Admin e-commerce, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our dynamic e-commerce operations. What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support for our e-commerce activities, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports and other documentation related to our e-commerce operations
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service
- Maintaining and updating our e-commerce platforms and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Providing general office support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or e-commerce support role
