The General Affair Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all general administrative and facility management activities to ensure smooth company operations. This role manages procurement, asset control, maintenance, transportation, vendor relations, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily General Affair operations (office maintenance, vehicle management, cleaning, security, etc.).

  • Plan, monitor, and control the GA budget efficiently.
  • Lead the procurement process for office supplies, facilities, and services.
  • Oversee asset management, including tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including evaluation and contract renewal.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, licenses, and company policies.
  • Support company events, travel management, and other employee-related facilities.
  • Prepare GA reports and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and develop GA team members to ensure high performance and service quality.

Requirements

  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in General Affair, Office Management, or Facility Management.

  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

  • Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of facility management, procurement processes, and vendor management.

  • Good understanding of asset and inventory management.
  • Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and administrative documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) or ISO standards is an advantage.

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Possess driving license (SIM A/C).

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or corporate operations.
  • Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
