Job Description
This role involves overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring quality control, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain project efficiency.
Responsibilities- Supervise construction works on-site according to drawings, technical specifications, and schedule.
- Ensure work quality meets the required standards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, foremen, and site teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material usage and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Handle technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure occupational health and safety (HSE) implementation on-site.
- Responsible for technical guidance and supervision on the construction site, ensuring the project is implemented according to drawings and specifications.
- Assist the project manager with construction planning and on-site coordination.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and promptly resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Maintain communication with the design institute, supervisor, and subcontractors to coordinate and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare construction logs, progress reports, and related technical documentation.
- Assist with the acceptance inspection of materials and construction equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects (building/villa/infrastructure).
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
- Proficient in technical software (AutoCAD, Ms. Project, or similar).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.
- At least 5 years of construction site experience.
- Familiarity with construction specifications and AutoCAD/engineering drafting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong team player.
- Ability to adapt to the construction site environment and travel.
