Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills—spoken and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn HR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to join immediately or with short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, updating candidate data).
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and organize employee documents and databases.
- Support HR events, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
