Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills—spoken and written.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn HR processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to join immediately or with short notice.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, updating candidate data).
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and organize employee documents and databases.
  • Support HR events, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
