[HIRING] Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright & WDIO)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and WebdriverIO (WDIO) to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in automation testing, designing robust test frameworks, and ensuring product quality in large-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Playwright and WebdriverIO (WDIO)

• Write, review, and execute test cases for web, API, and backend systems

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing within agile teams

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize test execution in automation frameworks

• Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer (5+ years)

• Hands-on expertise with Playwright and WebdriverIO (WDIO)

• Strong programming/scripting knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript environment)

• Experience with test frameworks (Mocha, Jest, Jasmine, Cucumber, etc.)

• Familiar with API Testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
