Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with other department to understand procurement needs.
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with company policy.
  • Analyze procurement data and KPIs to drive cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation and Excellent communication
  • Solid knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and e-sourcing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
