Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements
- Collaborate with other department to understand procurement needs.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with company policy.
- Analyze procurement data and KPIs to drive cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and Excellent communication
- Solid knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and e-sourcing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
