Job Description:

  • Support BD Manager in formulating business strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Approach, negotiate, and secure agreements with potential partners or merchants.
  • Manage the partner pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) for partnership execution.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic data tools.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with multiple projects and targets.
