Job Description:
- Support BD Manager in formulating business strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Approach, negotiate, and secure agreements with potential partners or merchants.
- Manage the partner pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) for partnership execution.
- Monitor partner performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic data tools.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with multiple projects and targets.
