Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of transactions and the company’s cash flow management.
Carry out payment control, prepare financial reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare cash flow reports, budgets, and realization analyses.
Coordinate with Accounting and management regarding financial reporting.
Guide the finance team in carrying out daily tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
5–8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in property / real estate.
Excellent Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience with property management systems
Strong understanding of property accounting principles.
Knowledge of leasing, rent rolls, service charge/CAM, and property financial metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
