Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to improve the sales team's performance, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, communication skills, and customer service.

  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including onboarding, refresher courses, and advanced skill development.

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, sales performance data, and team engagement.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers and team leaders to identify skills gaps and address specific needs.

  • Keep abreast of the latest sales strategies, tools, and techniques in the industry.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed from day one.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessments.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer for a Minimum of 5 Years experience,  on Luxury Retail / Hospitality / Automotive Industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including groups and in-person training activities
  • Experience with sales performance tools and analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing eLearning or blended learning program
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams.
