- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 5 years experience as an HC Manager.
- The ability to develop and implement all the programs and procedures required to manage the human resources
- Substantial knowledge in Labour Law, Social Security & Income Tax Regulations.
- Significant knowledge of the Indonesian Ministry of Labour law
- Good leadership skills are proven in an industrial environment.
- Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits matters.
- Knowledge of payroll-related programs and processes.
- Proficient in job evaluation methodologies, including familiarity with systems
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Possess excellent team-building skills.
- Experience managing General Affairs, including overseeing facility management, vendor coordination, and asset management.
