About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team at PT Panin Asset Management in Jakarta. We offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of video projects that will play a crucial role in shaping the company's visual identity and communications.
As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and refining video content to the highest standard, ensuring that our marketing, branding, and informational videos are engaging, impactful, and aligned with our company's values and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (minimum 1–2 years).
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or kind.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio synchronization.
- Familiarity with color grading, motion graphics, and basic animation is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, produce, edit photo/video content materials based on project requirements.
- Provide creative input and suggestions related to content themes and company branding.
- Create motion design and basic animation to enhance video materials.
- Choose the appropriate visual style, tone, transitions, and pacing that align with the project brief and brand character.
- Collaborate with graphic designers in creating visual materials for publication, marketing, and promotional purposes.
- Stay updated on current design and video trends to continuously improve creative output.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with on-screen talents during video production.
