Qualifications:
- Minimum 5
years of experience
in FMCG sales, including at least 3
years as a Regional Sales Manager
handling both Traditional Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). - Proven track record managing
multi-region sales operations
, distributors, and key retail accounts (NKA, LKA, MTI). - Experience in
food, beverage, or mom & baby categories
is preferred. - Minimum
3 years of experience leading supervisors or area sales teams
. - Strong ability to plan, prepare, and manage
regional sales budgets and trade spending

data analysis

Area Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors
to build a high-performance culture. - Monitor and maintain
Accounts Receivable (AR)
according to company standards. - Report regional performance, competitor activities, and market trends to senior management.
- Ensure alignment and execution of
national programs
at the regional and store level.
