The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5
    years of experience
    in FMCG sales, including at least 3
    years as a Regional Sales Manager
    handling both Traditional Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
  • Proven track record managing
    multi-region sales operations
    , distributors, and key retail accounts (NKA, LKA, MTI).
  • Experience in
    food, beverage, or mom & baby categories
    is preferred.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience leading supervisors or area sales teams
    .
  • Strong ability to plan, prepare, and manage
    regional sales budgets and trade spending
    .
  • Proficient in
    data analysis
    , sales performance tracking, and cost ratio management.
  • Excellent
    negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
    .
  • Skilled in
    key account management
    , distributor development, and market expansion.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Highly mobile
    , willing to travel extensively across regions in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regional sales performance across multiple provinces, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute
    sales strategies
    for both
    Traditional Market and Modern Market
    channels.
  • Strengthen
    distributor management
    : recruitment, evaluation, and capability building.
  • Oversee
    key account negotiations
    with regional and national retail partners.
  • Ensure
    availability, visibility, and product accessibility
    in all managed regions.
  • Monitor
    sales budgets, trade terms, and promotional spending
    to ensure ROI.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify
    growth opportunities and corrective actions
    .
  • Collaborate with
    Trade Marketing
    to plan and implement in-store execution and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with
    Supply Chain / PPIC
    for accurate demand forecasting and stock planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop
    Area Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors
    to build a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor and maintain
    Accounts Receivable (AR)
    according to company standards.
  • Report regional performance, competitor activities, and market trends to senior management.
  • Ensure alignment and execution of
    national programs
    at the regional and store level.
