About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join with us, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions that address client needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and implement tactics to achieve sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or technical background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
