What You'll Do

We seek experienced Technology Consultants (Architecture) to grow BCG's thought leadership and capabilities. This role involves applying strategic problem-solving to technology, digital, and innovation challenges:

• Collaborate with hybrid teams on IT and digital transformation projects
• Provide technology advisory services across industries
• Align business and technology strategies to deliver impactful outcomes
• Assess current technology landscapes, define target states, and develop transition roadmaps
• Define and implement technical architectures and proofs of concept
• Design innovative technology solutions for complex problems
• Analyze high-risk IT solutions and optimize the software delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops to gather business and IT requirements
• Drive innovation by leveraging cross-industry technology trends
• Manage and influence stakeholder relationships, including senior executives

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years' experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy or industry
• Experience in architecture domains (solutions, applications, big data)
• Understanding of architecture principles and modern data platforms
• Broad digital/technology skills and knowledge
• Awareness of emerging digital and tech trends
• Ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strategic mindset with presence and gravitas
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Flexibility to travel within SEA/Asia Pacific
