Key Responsibilities
1.
Daily Financial Operations:

  • Responsible for daily revenue verification, deposit supervision, and management of cash and POS machines at the store to ensure timely and secure fund collection.
  • Review store-related expenses (such as rent, utilities, personnel, marketing expenses, etc.) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage the store's petty cash, supervise its usage and reimbursement process.
  • Carry out asset management and inventory checks for the store.

2.
Accounting & Reporting:

  • Assist in reviewing business expenses for the Indonesian entity to ensure compliance, accuracy, and reasonableness.
  • Assist in accounting processes in Indonesia, ensuring records align with local accounting standards and group policies.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting local tax filings in Indonesia and maintain good communication with local tax authorities.
  • Support the completion of annual audits.

3.
Compliance & Internal Control:

  • Maintain and implement the group's unified financial systems and internal control processes to ensure store operations comply with company policies.
  • Assist in identifying financial risks and internal control deficiencies within business operations and propose improvements.
  • Ensure all operations comply with Indonesian financial, tax, and commercial laws and regulations.

Qualifications
Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with good written and verbal communication skills in
    Chinese or English,
    serving as a bridge between headquarters and the local team.
  • Holding professional accounting qualifications or certifications is a plus.
  • At least
    2 years
    of relevant financial work experience; experience in retail or offline store support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in using OA systems and Microsoft Office software.
