Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and tests, and selecting the best candidates).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Organize and conduct in-house training programs, including documentation.
- Prepare and manage various HR and GA reports.
- Record and recap employee attendance.
- Manage and maintain GA administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update inventory data.
- Record, report and follow up inventory damages reports.
- Create Purchase Requests for the HRGA Department.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders.
- Assist in maintaining Purchase Order Recapulation.
- Record employee leave and permission requests.
- Calculate employee overtime.
The applicant should have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor of Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,50
- Maximum 27 years old
- Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
- Knowing Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Community Development, Recruitment, Payroll & Training
- Knowing Psychological Test Tools
- Experience as a Trainer
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Good personality with excellent service attitude
- Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple task efficiently
