Social Media Content Specialist
who is passionate about storytelling, understands the dynamics of digital platforms, and knows how to create content that resonates with different audiences. The role requires someone who can craft compelling narratives, manage multi-platform content calendars, and translate brand strategy into engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and their content formats.
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy.
- Familiarity with content planning, scheduling tools, and performance tracking (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to analyze insights and optimize content based on data-driven results.
- Skilled in collaborating with designers, videographers, and strategists to deliver high-quality content.
- Creative mindset with awareness of digital trends, pop culture, and audience behavior.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
