Job Description :
- Determine product development variants in the department for which he is responsible as well as providing vendors in accordance with company standards so that quality products are available according to the company's market segment.
- Determine the market positioning of the products in the department for which he is responsible so that it can be used as a reference in determining prices and product promotion concepts.
- Determine special prices (promotions, discounts, local store marketing, etc.) in accordance with predetermined margin targets to increase sales achievements for the products for which he is responsible.
- Minimize the existence of death stock or products that have minimal contribution in the department that is responsible for optimizing the company's capital turnover.
- Ensure the availability of products in the department for which he is responsible to avoid potential losses due to stock shortages.
- Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
- Foster and ensure that subordinate workers, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree of Business Management / Marketing.
- Minimum 7 years in the same field and minimum 3 years at Manager level.
